Weedon Lois & Weston Gardens

Two adjacent villages in south Northamptonshire with a handsome Medieval church in Weedon Lois. The extension churchyard contains the grave of the poet Dame Edith Sitwell who lived in Weston Hall (not open), marked with a gravestone by Henry Moore. There are seven very different gardens open this year, some large and well established, some more recently planted. There is a plantsman garden with many unusual perennials, others with interesting herbaceous beds, terracing, country views, woodland planting, fruit trees and vegetables. We hope you will join us for our open day, enjoy looking round our gardens, and tuck into our famous home-made teas.
