Subject to items in stock, we aim to get your order in the post within one working day of you placing your order.
UK Mainland: All orders to UK mainland are shipped using standard Royal Mail. Please allow 3-7 days for your order to arrive.
You may return new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, please contact us for further information: 01483 204418. Please return the item in the same condition that it was received together with a brief message explaining why you have chosen to return the item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In most cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
