Bournville Village is showcasing 8 gardens - 3 of which are new and with the return of the very popular 63 Witherford Way. Bournville is famous for it's large gardens, outstanding open spaces and of course it's chocolate factory! Free information sheet/map available on the day. Gardens spread across the 1,000 acre estate, with walks of up to 30 minutes between sites. For those with a disability, full details of access are available on the NGS website.     32 Knighton Road - On-road parking. Access through side gate possible with wheelchair. Limited access to garden. Lower lawn and rear path through narrow pergola. Small step of 2in (6cm) in middle of patio. Side paths too narrow for wheelchairs. Upper lawn has 3 steps. Good views of garden available from accessible areas. Assistance dogs only please. Toilets available at Rowheath Pavilion. Homemade cakes and teas provided. Bournville Graduate Choir singing at various points throughout the day.

    40 Middle Park Road - Access through garage with one 8 inch step up and then another down into the garden. The doorways are 29 inches wide. The garden itself is flat apart from one 4 inch step.

    52 Elm Road - Entry is via side gate at a width of 3ft 6in. Ramped access has been made available to enable disabled visitors to enjoy the entire garden.

    21 High Heath Close - Access through side gate with provision made for wheelchair users.

    63 Witherford Way - Front garden wheelchair accessible. Access to rear garden through side gate with lower half of garden wheelchair accessible.

    11 Kestrel Grove - Limited parking, so non-wheelchair users are encouraged to use designated parking provision and take a short walk enabling less able visitors and wheelchair users to use on-street parking.
