The Mount, Delamore

Ivybridge

Welcome one of the first signs of spring by wandering through swathes of thousands of unusual varieties of snowdrops in this lovely wood. Closer to the village than to Delamore gardens (open only in May for the Sculpture and Art Exhibition), paths meander through a sea of these lovely plants, some of which are unique to Delamore and which were sold as posies to Covent Garden as late as 2002.
