Situated in a lovely quiet country village, a little bit off the beaten track is one of Yorkshire little hidden treasures. Rewela Cottage was designed from a empty paddock, to be as labour saving as possible, using mainly unusual trees and shrubs offering interest all year, using foliage bark and berries, enhancing the well-designed structure.

    Many new are features added each year, so there is always something new to see each time. Comprising of a large patio area with outdoor kitchen with steps leading up to the pond, past the Breezehouse, large pergola, through to gravel paths to the sunken garden, curved wooden walkway through the trees takes you to the small plant area, for plant sales, with lovely views of the Howardian Hils. This comprises of a polytunnel and fruit cages with soft fruit. There are plenty of seats. Featured recently on the BBC's 'Gardeners World'. Specialist grower of Heucheras (140 varieties) & Hostas (300 varieties) as well as many ferns and herbs. Many of these also for sale. We are one of the very few that offer BBQ 100% angus beef burgers & Lincolnshire sausages (1pm to 2:30pm) as well as many cakes coffee, tea & soft drinks. Features and Attractions

All unusual trees and shrubs have labels giving full descriptions, picture, and any cultivation notes incl propagation. Plant sales are specimens from garden. Many varieties of Heuchera, Heucherella and Tiarellas, Penstemon, Hostas, ferns and herbs for sale.
