2 very diverse gardens set in/close to lovely village of Eckington. Hilltop - 1 acre garden designed by owners from a field 35yrs ago, with sunken garden/pond, rose garden, herbaceous borders, interesting topiary incl. cloud pruning and formal hedging designed to reduce the affect of wind and having 'windows' linking to extensive views over the beautiful Worcestershire countryside. Sculptures made by owner. Vegetable yurt (added 2018) has been successful in allowing pollination and preventing damage to young plants from pigeons, rabbits, butterflies and deer. Mantoft (formerly The Croft) - Wonderful ancient thatched cottage with 1½ acres of magical gardens. Fish pond with ghost koi, Cotswold and red brick walls, large topiary, treehouse with seating, summer house and dovecote, pathways, vistas and stone statues, urns and herbaceous borders. Recently featured in Cotswold Life - should not be missed.
