Very interesting and wide ranging planting of trees, shrubs, climbers and perennials in relaxed but still controlled 12 yr old garden. 70 metre summer herbaceous border, colour-themed beds, grass walkways with surprises around each corner. Always something to enjoy. Lots of unusual and different species.
Self-service tea room open March to November. Garden attached to plantsman's nursery, open at same time.
Every Tuesday to Friday 13 February to 30 November (9am - 5pm).
Admission £3.50, children free. Light refreshments.
Although open in February, the garden is not part of the Snowdrop Festival.
This garden also makes a donation to Hospiscare and FORCE cancer care charities.
