Large wildlife friendly kitchen garden for self sufficiency. Rachel is delighted to welcome visitors, discuss all aspects of sustainable gardening and the benefits of gardening for mental and physical wellbeing.

    Following in her father's footsteps, Rachel is a passionate follower of permaculture methods and believing in the importance of replacing nutrients using home raised plants and compost and mixing plants together for mutual benefit. This results in joyful, exuberant, healthy plants and vegetables; Rachel leaves many corners wild for wild life and is rewarded with large numbers of insects, reptiles, lichens & birds.

We have used a lot of local stone in the design and have interesting old stones and stone baths around the garden.
