Events ticket policy
Tickets will be sent by email at the time of purchase (please check your spam/junk folder). If for any reason you do not receive your tickets please email email@example.com or call 01483 211535.
Once tickets have been purchased we cannot refund. You can transfer tickets to another person if you are no longer able to attend but any change of name must be provided by email to firstname.lastname@example.org a minimum of 48 hours ahead of the start of the event. We cannot exchange tickets for another event.
Should the event be cancelled you will be given a full refund. Any cancellations will be notified to you via the email used when booking.
Late arrivals – If you arrive late for an event or tour we will do our best to accommodate you but if this is not possible then we regret no refunds can be given.
