Contemporary garden owned by local garden designer on the outskirts of Winchester. Sunny hilltop ¼ acre plot. Themed borders of colourful mixed planting on chalky soil. Kitchen and herb gardens, and semi formal pond. For 2017 come and see our new fruit garden.

There will be a wide selection of home grown vegetable plants, herbs and flowers for sale, many can be seen growing in the garden.

Thursday 1 June, Saturday 3 June, Sunday 4 June (2 - 5pm). Admission £4.00, children free. Home-made teas.

2m SW of Winchester. From M3 J11, follow A3090 Badger Farm Rd uphill. Turn L into Oliver's Battery Road South. Take 2nd L into Compton Way. House on R before Austin Ave. Follow directions for parking.

The garden has been featured in Hampshire Life (Jan 2013) and on the cover of the NGS Yellow Book (2013).

Susan has taught Garden History at RHS Wisley, has a BSc in Garden Design, and designs gardens in and around Hampshire.

Susan is a member Plant Heritage and has a collection of Francoa that she hopes to grow to a National Collection.
