NGS Garden Party
On Friday 4th July
Broughton Grange, nr Banbury, Oxfordshire
Tom Stuart-Smith continued his Gold Medal glory at this year’s RHS Chelsea Flower show, collecting not only his seventh Gold Medal but also receiving the much coveted Best Show Garden award for The Laurent-Perrier Garden.
Tom has designed many prestigious gardens in the UK, including the setting for this year’s NGS Garden Party. The Walled Garden at Broughton Grange in the heart of the Oxfordshire countryside was designed by Tom in 2001 and is a spectacular terraced garden set among 25 acres of light woodland, formal and informal gardens and the newly planted arboretum.
The NGS Garden Party is an excellent way to meet up with fellow enthusiasts. Head Gardener, Andrew Woodhall, will be on hand to give a talk about the construction of The Walled Garden and future plans for the gardens at Broughton Grange.
The Garden Party is on Friday 4th July and lasts from 4pm to 8pm and refreshments are included in the ticket price. Tickets are only £15 per person (£10 for Friends of the NGS).
