Description:Ripley Castle’s grounds have both formal and informal plantings. Within the walled gardens there are large herbaceous borders interspersed with fountains and lawns. The hothouses contain a magnificent tropical plant collection. The kitchen gardens contain rare collections of herbs and spices, fruit trees and vegetables.
