Further details:The Chalet sits on top of a steep hill with magnificent views towards the South Downs. Ponds have encouraged a myriad of wildlife, including newts, frogs, grass snakes, ducks and herons. Deer and their fawns are seen regularly enjoying the plants on the terraces!
Woodlands and grasslands attract owls, sparrowhawks, kestrels, woodpeckers, black caps, gold finches and numerous other birds. Wild areas of buddleias, thistles and nettles lure a variety of butterflies. Visitors can enjoy walking around the extensive grounds and then enjoy tea on one of the terraces.
A toilet is available for visitors within the grounds.
