Further details:The garden has largely been constructed over the last twenty years. It is a family garden consisting of winding grass paths with sub-tropical island beds. The owners have endeavoured to plant over the years some unusual specimen trees. The garden incorporates "Mr. McGreogor's Vegetable Garden". There are several interesting structures within the garden and these include a high sandstone column with statuary, a colourful timber bridge with roof in the pagoda style and a very ornate summerhouse with neo-classical features. A further feature is a tree top high Safari Lodge which is built amongst trees to view the garden. More recent additions to the garden are a Grotto constructed underneath the vegetable garden with water features and shell mosaics and an Aviary displaying colourful breeds of pheasant. Recently the garden has featured on Gardeners' World and also on a T.V. programme 'Stefan's Ultimate Gardens'
