The spectacular and unusual Stody Lodge Gardens is well-known for the sheer intensity of its planting together with a carefully planned riot of colour on a grand scale, 14 acres in total. The extensive collection of rhododendrons and azaleas, magnolias and camellias, all under-planted with bluebells and spring bulbs, continue to make this family garden one of the most exciting to visit in the country.
